Former chairman of Tata Sons Cyrus Mistry died in a road accident.

Ajay Padnekar  Mumbai: Industrialist and former chairman of Tata Sons Cyrus Mistry has died in a road accident.  It is said that the accident took place near Palghar in Thane District.  After the accident, he was taken to the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.  Mistry was the chairman of the Tata Group for four years. According to information received, he was returning to Mumbai from Ahmedabad.  Mercedes car Mistry was travelling crashed on a bridge at Charoti near Palghar.  According to PTI, the accident took place around 3 pm. According to police, Cyrus and his driver were killed and two others were injured in the accident.  His father and big industrialist Pallonji Mistry passed away on June 28 this year.  Cyrus was the sixth chairman of the Tata Group.  Due to some controversies, he was ousted from the presidency within four years.  After this, Ratan Tata himself took over as the interim president.  Later in 2017 N Chandrasekaran was given the post.  According to med
